Shipping & Returns

My Lady’s Gift Basket Supplies & More is a division of Gaia’s Breowan, Inc.
All orders are serviced by Gaia’s Breowan, Inc.
 
The majority of orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after order is received.

We ask a 5-day lead time on regular baskets and a 10 day lead time on special order baskets.

If we are waiting for an ingredient to be received we will notify you and give you an estimated ship date.

If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 3 business days of the date order is received. All returns must occur within 14 days of shipment receipt, along with any unused portion of product in question.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed.

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours. Once your order has been processed, there will not be a cancellation service available.

FAQ

Refunds
A return authorization will be emailed to you and must be returned with shipment.  A full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping charge and 10% restocking fee, will be sent to you once the product is received in our office.

Do you offer samples?
In order to maintain low minimums and reduced prices for all our customers, we do not honor free sample. We do offer samples for a minimum charge. Please contact us for available samples and prices.

Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of foods, there are not refunds or returns.

If I currently have a FedEx and/or UPS account number, can I use my shipper number as a billing option for freight collect?
Yes! If you have a FedEx or United Parcel Service account we can apply shipping charges to that particular freight carrier account. Just be sure to leave us you shipper number in the "comments field" which automatically shows up when you check your shopping cart out. We do charge a $5.00 handling fee on both UPS and FedEx parcels which are shipped using the customers account number.

FedEx Penalty Fees
FedEx charges a $10.00 penalty fee for all incorrect addresses.  When an shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, this fee will be passed along to you.  Before the shipment can be resent, the $10.00 fee must be paid.

Other Carriers
We do not ship with DHL or other carriers. Gaia's Breowan, Inc. ships exclusively with the US Postal Service and UPS.

Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours, and once your order has been processed, there will not be a cancellation service available.
